Artsakh president’s spokesperson to run for parliamentary elections

Davit Babayan, Spokesperson of Artsakh Republic President will run for parliamentary election with his own Conservative Party of Artsakh (CPA). As Babayan wrote on his Facebook page, will make a final decision conserving its participation in the 2020 National Elections.

“The CPA will publish the list of its candidates for parliamentary elections as well as will make public its decision on the format of participating in the presidential election. We are always open to public opinion, especially on the format of the presidential election,” Babayan added.

To note, general elections are scheduled to be held in the Republic of Artsakh in 2020. Voters will elect the President and 33 members of the National Assembly.
