Hrayr Tovmasyan's godson released

Norayr Panosyan, the godson of Armenian Constitutional Court Chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been released, his lawyer Tigran Atanesyan said.

A Yerevan first instance court ruled to arrest Panosyan on 9 January 2020. His arrest was sought by the Special Investigative Service.

Panosyan's lawyer appealed the ruling to the Criminal Court of Appeals.
