Artsakh president pays tribute to April War victims’ memory in Talish

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited Talish village on Thursday and laid a wreath at the memorial complex dedicated to April War victims.

As the information department at the President’s Office reported, President Sahakyan next convened a consultation with the supreme command staff of the Defense Army headed by  Defense Minister Jalal Harutyunyan.

Issues on army building and increasing the combat readiness of the army were discussed during the consultation.
