Coronavirus: Armenia reports 482 new cases on June 29

Armenia has confirmed 482 new coronavirus infections in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 25,127 as of 11 a.m. Monday, June 29, the Ministry of Health reports.

181 more patients have recovered from Covid-19 with the total number of recoveries now standing at 13,297.

The COVID-19 deaths have increased by 7 to 433.

The latest victims were 82 (male), 63 (female), 66 (female), 84 (female), 96 (female), 67 (male) and 67 (male) years old. All had underlying chronic health conditions, the ministry said.

In addition, 4 cases of death were registered in the past 24 hours when the patients tested positive for COVID-19, but the cause of death was another disease. The total of such cases is 143.

The number of active cases is 11,254.

As many as 110,571 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
