Zvartnots Airport sees 98% loss of passenger traffic due to pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused indescribable major losses to millions of people, thousands of organizations and companies.

The pandemic has affected the activity of Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport, too. Its annual passenger traffic of 3 million has dropped by 98%, Armenia International Airports said in a statement on Friday.

“We are ready to face all the challenges of the pandemic, believing that we will overcome it with our joint efforts,” the statement added.
