Artsakh ombudsman: What a humanitarian agreement

Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan took to Twitter on Saturday to denounce the renewed Azerbaijani strikes on civilian settlements of Artsakh after the OSCE Minsk Group statement on the agreement on "not deliberately target civilian populations or non-military objects".

“What a humanitarian agreement. After the OSCE MG statement, in the morning Azerbaijan deliberately targeted public and residential areas of Stepanakert far from any military objects of Artsakh,” he tweeted.

The Azerbaijani troops also bombarded the town of Shushi today, spokeswoman of the Armenian Defense Ministry Shushan Stepanyan said on Facebook, adding there were reports of injuries among the civilian population.
