Azerbaijan again fires Smerch missiles at Artsakh’s Martuni and Shushi towns

On the night of November 2-3, the situation in civilian settlements of Artsakh remained relatively calm, the State Service of Emergency Situations said on Tuesday.

However, at dawn the Azerbaijani forces carried out renewed attacks on civilian areas. They fired Smerch missiles at the towns of Martuni and Shushi.

No casualties were reported.

The situation in other settlements remains relatively calm, the service said.
