No meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is planned at present, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told a briefing at the National Assembly on Thursday.
Separately, the minister stated Azerbaijan's failure to comply with the three ceasefire agreements over Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) was directed by Turkey.
The minister added that they continue to work with the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs to establish a ceasefire, which is based on the 4 points enshrined in the October 10 joint statement and reaffirmed during the other meetings.
According to Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, work is also being done to introduce verification mechanisms on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line, which remains a key issue.
