Ombudsman: Azerbaijan and Turkey continue to commit war crimes targeting the peaceful population of Artsakh

The Ombudsman of Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan shared a new video from one of the residential districts of capital city Stepanakert, where an elderly woman and her two grandchildren were killed in a rocket attack by Azerbaijan today.

"Azerbaijan and Turkey continue to commit war crimes targeting the peaceful population of Artsakh," Beglaryan says.
