Authorities have neither ability nor resources to offer solutions - Tigran Abrahamyan

The Head of Henaket Analytical Center, political scientist Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook:

"Whatever issue is raised as a priority, the ways for solution are outlined, the one and only conclusion is that no issue can ever be addressed as long as Nikol Pashinyan and his team rule the country. These people have neither ability nor resources to offer solutions not to speak about the credibility gap. It is high time to call a spade a spade."
