Armenia reports 843 new coronavirus cases, 46 deaths on Dec. 1

Armenia has confirmed 843 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 135,967 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, the Ministry of Health reports.

1,923 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 110,365.

The coronavirus death toll has increased by 29 to 2,193. 17 patients carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours.

The number of active cases is 22,850. As many as 512,617 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
