Artak Beglaryan: Azerbaijan continues to heavily violate international humanitarian law
Former Ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic and the current chief of staff at the President's Office in Artsakh Artak Beglaryan insists Azerbaijan continues to heavily violate international humanitarian law, speculating the issue of captured civilians and war prisoners.
"Many PoWs and civilians from wartime, 64 PoWs and some civilians from postwar period are prisoned there [ed. in Azerbaijan] without Azerbaijani confirmation to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Russian mediators," Beglaryan tweeted on Wednesday.
