Armenia reports 62 fresh coronavirus cases, 4 deaths on Feb. 1

Armenia has confirmed 62 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 167,088 as of 11 a.m. Monday, February 1, the Ministry of Health reports.

281 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 157,800.

The coronavirus death toll has increased by 4 to 3,084. 769 patients carrying the virus have died from other causes so far.

The number of active cases is 5,435. As many as 649,993 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
