Armenia reports 424 fresh coronavirus cases on March 29

Armenia has confirmed 424 new cases of coronavirus in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 190,741 as of 11 a.m. Monday, March 29, the Ministry of Health reports.

590 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 172,096.

The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 12 to 3,476. The figure does not include the deaths of 882 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

The number of active cases is 14,287. As many as 842,817 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
