Armenia’s coronavirus tally reaches 192,639 with 1,148 fresh cases on March 31

Armenia has confirmed 1,148 new cases of coronavirus in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 192,639 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, the Ministry of Health reports.

459 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 173,064.

The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 18 to 3,515. The figure does not include the deaths of 892 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

The number of active cases is 15,168. As many as 853,829 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
