Armenia reports 145 fresh coronavirus cases on May 3

Armenia has confirmed 145 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 217,008 as of 11 a.m. Monday, May 3, the Ministry of Health reports.

717 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 200,472.

The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 10 to 4,149. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,026 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

The number of active cases is 11,361. As many as 993,612 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
