Armenia reports 88 new COVID-19 cases on June 12

Armenia has confirmed 88 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 223,643 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, June 12, the Ministry of Health reports.

120 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 215,118. No coronavirus deaths have been reported today.

The COVID-19 death toll stands at 4,482. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,093 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 2,950 active cases. As many as 1,122,295 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
