Armenia reports 71 fresh coronavirus cases on July 12

Armenia has confirmed 71 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 226,459 as of 11 a.m. Monday, July 12, the Ministry of Health reports.

73 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 217,731.

The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 3 to 4,547. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,108 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 3,073 active cases. As many as 1,238,211 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
