Armenia adds 275 new Covid-19 cases on August 30

Armenia has confirmed 275 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 241,611 as of 11 a.m. Monday, August 30, the Ministry of Health reports.

373 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 226,665.

The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 7 to 4,830. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,152 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 8,964 active cases. As many as 1,534,770 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
