Armenia reports 669 new Covid-19 cases on September 10

Armenia has confirmed 669 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 247,666 as of 11 a.m. Friday, September 10, the Ministry of Health reports.

586 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 231,406.

The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 11 to 4,979. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,170 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 10,111 active cases. As many as 1,600,933 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
