Colonel Smbat Grigoryan promoted to major-general rank

According to a decree signed by Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, Colonel Smbat Grigoryan has been promoted to the rank of major-general.

The decision was made based on the prime minister's proposal and according to Article 133 (Part 2) of the Constitution, as well as Article 16 of the law on military service and the status of servicemen.

The decree has been published on the official website of the president.
