CSTO: Agreements reached on Artsakh create the necessary base for comprehensive political settlement of the conflict

"The agreements reached about Artsakh create the necessary base for the comprehensive political settlement," the Chief of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) Joint Staff Anatoly Sidorov stated, according to TV Zvezda report. 

"The military actions ceased at the mediation of the Russian federation. The agreements reached so far contribute to formation of necessary conditions and for the final political settlement of the crisis around Nagano-Karabakh," said Sidorov.
