Armenia reports 2,307 fresh Covid cases on Oct. 28

Armenia has confirmed 2,307  new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 302,450 as of 11 a.m. Thursday, October 28, the Ministry of Health reports. Overall, 15,818 Covid-19 tests were conducted on October 27.

962 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 264,678.

The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 38 to 6,189. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,280other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 29,007 active cases. As many as 2,048,128  tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
