Heavy snowfall set to hit some Armenian regions

Rain and snow are expected in most parts of Armenia on Wednesday evening and Thursday due to the penetration of cold air masses from Scandinavia.

In particular, heavy snowfall is expected to hit Kotayk, Gegharkunik Provinces, the mountain and foothill areas of Vayots Dzor and Syunik Provinces, the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment reported.

Temperatures are set to drop by 10-12 degrees in all regions on November 11.
