Mamikon Aslanyan arrested

Former Mayor of Vanadzor town Mamikon Aslanyan is arrested. Aslanyan is currently at the Investigative Committee, Spokesperson at the Committee Vardan Tadevosyan confirmed to Panorama.am. 

To note, Aslanyan headed the election list of "Mamikon Aslanyan bloc" which claimed victory in recent Council of Elders elections in Vanadzor town. 

No immediate clarification about the arrest decision and charges brought against him have been provided.
