GM Manuel Petrosyan wins Armenian Championship

GM Manuel Petrosyan has won the Armenian chess champion’s title, the National Olympic Committee of Armenia reports.

The 82nd Armenian Championship Highest League took place in Yerevan from January 12–23.

Petrosyan won the championship with a score of 8/11.

Haik Martirosyan and Shant Sargsyan finished second and third, respectively, with 7.5 points apiece.
