Health minister: Examination of 10 Armenian soldiers' bodies underway

The examination of the bodies of ten Armenian soldiers handed over by Azerbaijan in late October is in progress, Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan told reporters on Thursday.

The minister said the health authorities will inform the public when the examination is completed.

"At this point, there is no need to send samples to abroad, but in case repeat examinations produce no results, we will definitely ask our foreign partners for help,” the minister said.

The Azerbaijani authorities handed over 10 bodies of killed servicemen to Armenia on October 27.
