110 babies born in Artsakh during Azeri blockade

A total of 1,623 babies, including 15 twins, were born in Artsakh’s hospitals in 2022, the Ministry of Health reported on Monday.

43 more Artsakh children were born in Armenia last year.

The Artsakh medical centers welcomed 43 babies from 1-8 January 2023.

110 children were born in the country’s hospitals during the blockade imposed by Azerbaijan since December 12, the health authorities said.
