Nair Tiknizyan called up to Armenian national team for Turkey clash

FC Lokomotiv Moscow defender Nair Tiknizyan has been called up to the Armenian national team for the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying round match against Turkey.

Before joining FC Lokomotiv, the 23-year-old footballer played in CSKA Moscow and FC Avangard Kursk.

“I am grateful to the Football Federation of Armenia for this chance. I will try to prove that I can help the Armenian national team. It was my initiative to make this decision," Tiknizyan told the FFA.

The match is scheduled for March 25.
