Four Armenian soldiers wounded in single-car crash

Four Armenian servicemen were injured and hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday, the Investigative Committee said on.

According to preliminary data, the accident occurred on the Sisian-Ishkhanasar highway.

One of the soldiers driving a Mercedes-Benz CLK 320 lost control of the car and rolled 15 meters into the nearby field.

A blood test showed no alcohol in the driver’s body, the Investigative Committee said in a statement on Thursday.

The wounded servicemen were taken to the Zangezur Garrison Hospital. Three of them are in a good condition, while one is in a moderate condition.

The preliminary investigation is underway.
