Yerevan court extends judge Arusyak Aleksanyan's arrest

The Anti-Corruption Court in Yerevan has extended the pre-trial arrest of judge Arusyak Aleksanyan for three months, the judicial authorities reported on Monday.

Aleksanyan, a first instance court justice, is accused of making an illegal decision in a trial presided over by her.

The next court hearing in her case is scheduled for September 20.

Aleksanyan was arrested in October 2022.
