Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not hold fresh talks in Brussels in late October, EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar said on Wednesday.
The meeting was cancelled due to lack of time, TASS quoted the EU envoy as saying.
He added that the work to organize a new meeting in Brussels was underway, saying the EU "believes that a document will eventually be signed" between the two countries.
