Reporter Hovhannes Galajyan dies at 60

Famous Armenian reporter Hovhannes Galajyan, the long-time editor-in-chief of the Iravunk daily, has passed away at the age of 60.

He died of a heart attack on Monday, the newspaper confirmed.

Galajyan founded the Iravunk daily in 1989 and was its editor-in-chief from 2000.

He was an independent journalist from 1988 to 1989.
