Armenian city to host IPCA World Individual Chess Championship

The 23rd IPCA (International Physically Disabled Chess Association) World Individual Chess Championship 2024 will take place in Armenia's second largest city of Gyumri from the 19 to 28 July, the Chess Federation reports.

The championship will be hosted at the Black Fortress by the Chess Academy of Armenia, together with the IPCA, Gyumri Municipality, the National Paralympic Committee of Armenia and the Chess Federation of Armenia.
