Gymnast Artur Davtyan eyes gold at next Olympics

Armenian gymnast Artur Davtyan clinched a silver medal in the vault at the Paris Olympics after scoring 14.966 points on Sunday. He earned Armenia its second ever Olympic medal in gymnastics.

“We’ve come a long and difficult way to win this medal. But I’m not going to give up and will be preparing for the next Olympics to bring home gold,” the athlete said.

Davtyan expressed gratitude to his coaches for their support.
