Drivers in Armenia will no longer need to carry licenses soon

Drivers in Armenia will no longer be required to carry licenses if verified through a database in the near future, the Interior Ministry reported, referring to new legal measures.

At the same time, those driving without a license will face penalties initially and criminal charges for repeat offenses.

In addition, the procedure for driving a car in Armenia with a foreign driver's license will be simplified for those holding dual citizenship.
