Newly opened hospital in Armenian town 'flooded'

The newly opened Martuni Medical Center in Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province has been literally flooded,

Photos and videos shared on Facebook by Anush Poghosyan, founder and president of the Right to Health NGO, show water pouring from the ceiling and the floor completely submerged.

“Martuni Medical Center today… Incidentally, the medical center was officially inaugurated just a year ago, with the Armenian health minister touting it as a breakthrough for the healthcare system,” Poghosyan wrote.
