Armenia's History Institute and ISMEO to conduct joint research

On February 25, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Institute of History at Armenia’s National Academy of Sciences and the International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies (ISMEO).

In his remarks, Academician Ashot Melkonyan, Director of the Institute of History, emphasized the importance and necessity of such collaboration, the institute reported on Wednesday.

ISMEO member and renowned researcher Roberto Dan, in turn, conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of ISMEO President Adriano Rossi to Ashot Melkonyan, attaching importance to cooperation with the Institute of History.

The agreement encompasses joint research projects, conferences, publications, exchange of experience and several other key initiatives.
