Armenia's chief prosecutor asks parliament to strip two MPs of immunity
Armenia’s Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan has submitted motions to the National Assembly, seeking approval for prosecution of independent MP Hovik Aghazaryan, who was previously expelled from the ruling Civil Contract party, and MP Taron Margaryan from the opposition Pativ Unem faction.
The petitions have been published on the official website of the Armenian parliament.
