Azeri FM announces completion of draft peace treaty talks with Armenia
Armenia and Azerbaijan have concluded negotiations on the text of a bilateral peace agreement, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced on Thursday.
Bayramov claimed that Armenia had accepted Azerbaijan’s proposals on the last two articles of the draft peace treaty.
Meanwhile, he reiterated Baku's demands for Armenia to change its constitution as part of the peace process.
Bayramov also insisted on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group dealting with the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
