Ruben Mkhitaryan: Gyumri needs a modern concert hall

Renowned producer Ruben Mkhitaryan, who is running for mayor of Gyumri, Armenia’s second-largest city, in the upcoming municipal elections on March 30, continues to present his political team's platform to voters.

Mkhitaryan asserts that Gyumri should develop in parallel with Yerevan. He highlights the need for a modern stadium capable of hosting national teams, as well as a state-of-the-art concert hall for cultural events and international forums.
