Armenian State Symphony Orchestra embarks on Middle East tour

The Armenian State Symphony Orchestra (ASSO) is a frequent and highly anticipated guest in the Middle East, regularly showcasing Armenian performing arts through unique concert programs.

This time, the orchestra has traveled to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where it will perform at the Ithra Theater alongside the Yerevan State Chamber Choir. They will perform Game On, a concert program featuring iconic video game soundtracks.

The orchestra will next head to Muscat, Oman, for two performances at the Royal Opera House on April 10 and 11. They will present the score from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by John Williams, accompanied by video projections.

Finally, from April 22 to 28, ASSO will perform at the Classical Violin Olympus international competition in the UAE.
