Armenia to open embassy in Oman this year

Armenia has decided to open an embassy in Oman in 2025, with an estimated budget of AMD 134 million (approximately $346,000).

The decision is driven by the dynamic development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Armenian government states that the opening of the embassy will further strengthen the ongoing political dialogue, enhance trade and economic cooperation, and promote tourism flows and commodity turnover between Armenia and Oman.

 Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Sultanate of Oman were established on July 7, 1992.
