Samvel Shahramanyan expresses full support for Artsakh rights council

Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan on Friday met with members of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Artsakh Armenians at a tent in Yerevan’s Liberty Square. The council updated him on their recent Q&A with Armenian officials, who indicated that social assistance for Artsakh refugees may end in two months.

Shahramanyan said he is fully informed of the council’s discussions and supports their decisions. He criticized the government’s housing assistance plan as flawed from the start and urged careful planning for next steps.

"You have my full support regardless of the decisions you make," he emphasized. "I’m ready to help in any way, including providing office space and resources to continue your work effectively."
