Օn May 1, the conference entitled "Implementation of the Law on Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin in the Context of the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 1776" was held in Yerevan, initiated by the GM Legal Law Firm and the International Center on Development of Parliamentarism NGO.
During the conference, speakers addressed:
- proceedings on confiscation of property of illegal origin in the context of the Constitutional Court's decision,
- interpretation of the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 1776,
- the ECHR case law on confiscation of property of illegal origin,
- the future work order of law enforcement practice was outlined.
