Security chief: Armenia investigated alleged ceasefire violations, found no breaches

Armenia has investigated Azerbaijan's allegations of ceasefire violations and found no evidence to support the claims, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan has announced.

Speaking at Victory Park in Yerevan on Friday, Grigoryan addressed media reports suggesting that Armenia and Azerbaijan had exchanged ceasefire violation reports. He confirmed that Armenia had requested Azerbaijan to investigate the incidents reported by its Defense Ministry.

"Armenia conducted its own investigation into the cases reported by Azerbaijan and found that, overall, no such violations had occurred," the security chief said.

When asked about the possibility of a bilateral meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow and whether the issue of hybrid warfare would be raised, Grigoryan stated that such discussions have been ongoing since 2018.

“Hybrid warfare isn't a new topic, it has been part of the discourse since 2018. As for a potential bilateral meeting, I believe the prime minister's press office will provide details," he added.
