The international chess tournament Aktobe Open 2025, dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Dvorkovich, ended in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, on Monday.
The tournament featured 68 chess players from 19 countries, including 21 grandmasters and 24 international masters, the Armenian Chess Federation reported.
Serbian GM Alexey Sarana became the sole winner, scoring 7 points out of 9.
Armenian GM Shant Sargsyan finished 8th with 6 points.
IM Artur Davtyan scored 5 points and placed 17th.
