Armenia’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal case following a shooting in the town of Abovyan that left three people injured last night. The case is being pursued under several articles of the Criminal Code, including attempted murder, infliction of medium-gravity bodily harm, hooliganism and illegal circulation of firearms and ammunition.
Forensic ballistic, genetic, and medical examinations have been ordered as part of the ongoing investigation. One person has been arrested on charges of hooliganism, the Investigative Committee told Panorama.am.
