Intensive search underway for missing 3-year-old boy in Armenia

Intensive search operations for three-year-old Tigran Oganesov, who has gone missing since Monday, continue in Armenia, Interior Ministry spokesperson Narek Sargsyan told Panorama.am.

Large police and rescue teams are working in and around the village of Tsapatagh in Gegharkunik Province, joined by local residents, volunteers and officials from the Chambarak and Tsapatagh municipalities. Volunteers have also come from nearby villages, including Shoghakat, Artanish, and Jil, as well as from Yerevan.

The child, born in 2022, was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. on October 27. Police received a missing child report at approximately 6 p.m. on the same day.

Authorities urge anyone with information about the boy’s whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or call 102 or 911.
