'Areni footwear' undergoes ultrasound examination

Through the collaboration of specialists from the History Museum of Armenia and the University of Halle in Germany, the "Areni footwear," discovered in the Areni-1 cave, underwent an ultrasound examination to assess the state of the artifact and best ensure its preservation, the museum reported on Wednesday.
